Our Commitment

Accessibility is part of the experience.

We want customers to be able to browse products, understand key information, move through the website, complete purchases, and request support without unnecessary barriers.

Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time project. As ActiveMora grows, we aim to review and improve the way content, navigation, product information, forms, images, and interactive elements work across different devices and assistive technologies.

01

Clear page structure

We aim to organize pages with meaningful headings, sections, labels, and predictable reading order.

02

Readable visual design

We aim to use legible typography, sufficient spacing, visible states, and strong contrast between text and backgrounds.

03

Keyboard-friendly navigation

We work toward making essential site functions reachable and usable without requiring a mouse or touch input.

04

Assistive technology support

We aim to structure content so common screen readers and other assistive technologies can interpret key information more reliably.

Accessibility Features

We design for different ways of browsing.

People interact with websites in different ways. Some use keyboards, screen readers, browser zoom, voice input, reduced-motion settings, high-contrast modes, or other accessibility tools. Our goal is to support these different methods wherever practical.

Text alternatives

We aim to provide meaningful alternative text for informative images and avoid unnecessary descriptions for purely decorative visuals.

Visible focus states

Interactive controls should provide a visible indication when they receive keyboard focus.

Responsive layouts

Pages are designed to adapt across desktop, tablet, and mobile widths while keeping content readable and usable.

Reduced motion support

Where motion is used, we aim to respect operating-system or browser preferences that request reduced animation.

Readable forms

We aim to use clear labels, understandable instructions, and visible error feedback for important forms and checkout interactions.

Flexible text sizing

We work to avoid layouts that prevent customers from zooming or enlarging text when using browser accessibility controls.

Standards & Ongoing Work

We aim to improve against recognized standards.

ActiveMora aims to improve the website with reference to widely recognized accessibility guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Our goal is to move toward strong alignment with WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable.

Because websites, third-party services, themes, payment tools, and content can change over time, this statement should not be read as a guarantee that every page or component will always meet every technical success criterion.

01 Perceivable

We aim to present information in ways that can be perceived through text, contrast, structure, and alternatives to visual-only content.

02 Operable

We work toward interactions that can be used through keyboards and other input methods without unnecessary timing or motion barriers.

03 Understandable

We aim to use predictable navigation, clear labels, readable language, and consistent interaction patterns.

04 Robust

We aim to use semantic markup and common web standards that improve compatibility with browsers and assistive technologies.

Accessibility work continues over time

We may update designs, code, content, product media, or third-party services as we identify opportunities to reduce barriers and improve usability.

Known Limitations

Some barriers may still occur.

Despite our efforts, some website areas may not yet provide an equally accessible experience for every visitor. This can include older content, embedded media, third-party tools, payment interfaces, tracking services, or components supplied by external providers.

When we identify a barrier within areas we control, we aim to review whether it can be corrected, replaced, simplified, or supported through an alternative method.

Third-party services

External payment, delivery, analytics, or embedded tools may follow their own accessibility practices and technical standards.

Older content

Legacy pages or media may require additional updates as the website evolves.

Product media

Some manufacturer-supplied images or documents may not always include the same accessibility information as content created directly for ActiveMora.

Technical compatibility

Results can differ between browsers, devices, assistive technologies, and user-specific settings.

Alternative support is available

If a website feature prevents you from accessing important product, order, shipping, return, or support information, please tell us so we can work with you on a reasonable alternative where possible.

Accessibility Feedback

Tell us when something is difficult to use.

Accessibility feedback helps us identify practical problems that may not be obvious during routine website updates. If you experience a barrier, please describe the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, and the type of device or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing that information.

You do not need to disclose disability or medical information to request accessibility assistance.

01

Describe the barrier

Tell us which page, product, form, control, image, or interaction was difficult to access or operate.

02

Explain the task

Let us know what you were trying to accomplish, such as viewing product information, checking an order, or completing a purchase.

03

Share technical details if useful

Browser, device, screen reader, zoom level, or other accessibility settings can sometimes help us reproduce the issue.

04

Request an alternative

If possible, tell us what format or assistance would help you access the information or complete the task.
